Welcome to my blog, Home Economics. My name is Allison (Chambers), and I like to make things. You can see some of these things on this blog, as well as on my main website.
A bit about me….
Based out of Vancouver, B.C., my main specialties are illustration, baking and communication design. In 2005, I graduated from the Alberta College of Art and Design with a BFA, majoring in painting. I have always been interested in cakes (who isn’t?), and began making them for friends and family, experimenting more and more with each one. I got pretty good at it, so I decided to do it more. Currently, I am studying illustration and design at Capilano University, and am very excited to be entering the world of communication design.
